Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the Megapari online platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "User" or "you") and Vdsoft & Script Development SRL ("we," "us," or "our"), which operates the Megapari platform. By registering on our site, accessing content, or participating in any services offered by us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable laws for your jurisdiction).
  • Not be a resident of countries subject to international sanctions or restrictions.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Minimum Age Requirement

The minimum age requirement for using our services is 18 years, unless otherwise specified by law for your specific location.

4. Geographic Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict access from certain countries, including but not limited to: France, Cyprus, Hungary, Curacao, the Netherlands, the UK, and the US. You acknowledge that your use of our services may be subject to these restrictions based on the terms agreed upon at registration.

5. Account Registration Rules

When registering an account with us:

  • You must provide accurate personal details.
  • One account per user is allowed; any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in their closure.
  • You agree to maintain up-to-date contact information.

6. Identity Verification and KYC

We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, which includes but is not limited to: providing government-issued ID documents or other personal data as necessary for verification purposes. Failure to comply may result in account restrictions or closure.

7. Account Accuracy Obligations

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and subsequent updates are accurate and true. Providing false details will lead to account termination and any related winnings being forfeited.

8. Account Security Responsibilities

  • You agree not to share your login credentials with anyone.
  • We recommend using a secure password, keeping it confidential and regularly updating it for security reasons.
  • Any unauthorized access or use of another person's account is strictly prohibited.

9. Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate any user whose behaviour is deemed threatening or harassing towards others or our staff. This includes but is not limited to: abusive language, harassment, spamming, or engaging in illegal activities on the Platform.

10. Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention

You agree that we have a zero-tolerance policy for multi-accounting, which may include opening multiple accounts using different names or emails. Engaging in such activity will result in all affected accounts being closed without exception.

11. Bonus and Promotion Rules

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated with each bonus promotion, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, maximum cash-out amounts, wagering restrictions (the "Wagering Requirements"), play-through rates, game contributions, promotional time-limits for claiming rewards or participating in events. Please review the details of any offer before engaging.

12. Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

  • Winnings are paid out based on actual odds at the moment when an event concludes.
  • We reserve the right to void bets that were placed through error (e.g., incorrect odds, multiple stakes placed for a single match).
  • All winnings will be credited as cash in your account and subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal.

13. Bonus Abuse Prevention

We operate an internal system for detecting potential bonus abuse and other forms of suspicious activity on the Platform. Engaging in such behaviour may result in having accounts closed, restrictions applied or all bonuses/ promotional credits being cancelled without notification.

14. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • To make a deposit, you must follow instructions given within our withdrawal process (as available).
  • The minimum deposit amount is set at MYR 1 (or its equivalent). A 2% processing charge may apply on deposits under MYR 20.
  • All withdrawals will be paid back using the same method as the deposit unless otherwise requested. This might result in a small extra payment to cover administrative costs associated with bank transactions.

15. Verification Before Withdrawals

Before making any withdrawal, your account and identity details must have been verified by us to ensure compliance with our verification requirements.

16. Processing and Review Procedures

Our withdrawals team operates on standard business days from Monday to Friday during the hours of 09:00 CET - 17:30 CET (subject to occasional maintenance periods). Withdrawal processing will begin once a withdrawal request has been successfully completed as described in section 14, subject to an internal review process that takes at least one working day.

17. Responsible Gambling Expectations

We strive for safe online gaming practices through features such as:

  • Self-Exclusion: users can choose temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
  • Time Limit (Daily/Weekly Limits): Users have the possibility of limiting their spending within a certain time period, either by setting specific limits daily/ weekly for individual accounts.
  • Loss Limit: There is an option available to set maximum loss per session and be alerted when reached.

18. Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions

We maintain a self-exclusion tool that allows you to exclude yourself from accessing your account for specified periods (up until 30 days). On completion of this exclusion period, users must apply again through the 'self-exclude' facility within their client area or by contacting us directly.

19. Game Fairness and RNG Systems

All games on our platform operate using random number generators to ensure fairness in all outcomes.

20. Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay

We will endeavour to avoid interruptions, but unforeseen downtime can sometimes occur due to system failure, routine maintenance, updates, software changes etc.

During this time:

  • You acknowledge that we take no responsibility for any losses suffered due to service disruptions.
  • Winnings from events occurring during periods of server unavailability shall be recalculated once the systems are operational again and will reflect a final payout on completion.

21. Suspension or Closure of Accounts

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or close your account in full without providing notice if any circumstance described within these conditions is breached by you.

22. Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

Megapari owns all rights, title and interest in its proprietary technology, designs, database and other intellectual property created during our normal course of business (except where such materials are supplied or made available to us from third-party suppliers). All trade marks, logos used within this agreement belong exclusively to their respective owners.

23. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for breach of duty is limited at all times as specified by the laws applicable in your location and if those do not specify any limits we will comply with our obligations up until maximum amount allowable under local jurisdiction.

24. Modification of Terms

These terms may change over time; any amendments shall be posted to this webpage so that you are always aware of what applies when visiting or accessing Megapari.com.
